Most of our products are color based, and may vary according to screen resolution, lighting, photo quality, etc. We do our best to upload pictures that are as accurate as possible; however we strongly encourage our customers to order a sample first, and not to base their assumption on the colors seen on our website. By purchasing a sample, you will avoid delays, save money, and avoid possible frustrations in a circumstance that your return or exchange request might not be approved.
Textured Vinyls / Wood Grain: Please note that all our manufacturers for our grain vinyl are produced horizontally (lengthwise). This means that the largest pieces that you can apply vertically will be the width of the wrap (4 or 5 feet). When you purchase smaller pieces of this grain vinyl, you will receive the grain running on the shorter end.
Directional Films: Please note that changing the direction (for example, horizontally, then vertically applied) of some film when applying it will change the unified look of the wrap and can have slight color variations.
We allow our customers to pre-order items that are out of stock. This will give all customers who pre-order priority to the item once it is back in stock. To request an item that is currently out of stock, please email us your request at firstname.lastname@example.org. The email must include the full item name, what size and quantity you would like to purchase, and your full contact information. We will respond with an invoice, and once the invoice is paid, we will add you to the pre-order list, of the specific item/s you requested. We will notify you when the item is back in stock. Pre-orders will be fulfilled in the order they were received.
Exceptions in order fulfillment
Instawraps works hard and fast to fulfill customers orders efficiently and properly. Our customer’s satisfaction is our top priority, and we leave no room for mistakes. To ensure efficiency in the production process, in the rare occasion that an order placed is not available in the full amount, but is available in a few pieces, the customer might receive the item in more then one piece. Please note that even if an order is sent in a few pieces, the minimum size per piece will be 15 feet. We understand that there are some sensitive projects where the full amount is needed in one piece, and so if this applies to you, please be sure to include a note in checkout specifying that you need your order in one piece.
Instawraps understands the need for customers to shop in their own currency, and so on the main page, top right corner, there is an option to switch to any of the 5 most popular currencies. However, please note, checkout and shipping costs will always be in CAD (Canadian Dollar), in addition to the in-cart shipping calculator.
At checkout, customers will have the option to add a note. Please be advised, that the note section is intended for general instructions. For example, to give the customer a call if a product that was out of stock becomes available. Another example would be to instruct the carrier to leave the parcel at the door etc. Specific instructions, that are not in accordance with our policy will be ignored. For example, width can only be cut by 5ft and special requests for the vinyl wrap to be cut lengthwise will be ignored and such similar instructions.
Instawraps provides discount codes to customers from time to time. All discount codes provided to customers expire 3 months after the coupon creation date. Some exceptions may apply, and extensions may be provided.
Instawraps works around the clock to make sure that all advertised items are in stock. However, sometimes products may be on back order from the manufacturer.
Our stock is updated daily, yet, it can rarely happen that a few customers place an order of the same item at the same time, and there is not enough of the item in stock. The orders will be fulfilled in the order it was received, and in the unusual case that an order was placed and the item is not available, an email will be sent as soon as this is discovered, with the three possible options of how to proceed. The options are, a full refund, replacement, or to wait for the item to be back in stock. If you choose to wait for the item to be back in stock, we will notify you once the item has arrived and about to be shipped.
The following are policies in addition to the standard app policies.
Rewards Program- We have a fantastic rewards program, designed to help our customers earn points per dollar purchased. After collecting either $25, $50, or $75 worth of points, you are able to use those points to get the amount earned discounted from your next order. This program has been designed to allow our customers to earn points, thereby helping them earn a discount. The points will be calculated from the product/s paid amount only.
Shipping, Returns and Refunds Policy
We have a few shipping centers located throughout North America, and we can fulfill orders from any of them. It depends on the buyer's address and the available stock.

In some cases, Instawraps keeps the right to use a different carrier other than selected upon checkout, as long the service level is the same, and the last estimated delivery date is no later than specified while checking out, on top of handling times - if apply.
We ship all of our products in secure packaging. Most of our items are being repacked to reduce buyer's shipping costs and to protect some items from over space in packaging.
In the event that your shipment hasn’t arrived in time, and the tracking information shows that it has been shipped, please allow up to 10 business days before calling to claim a lost package. We do our best to ensure you receive your item as soon as possible, but we do understand that at times there are shipping delays with all carriers, due to unforeseen delays and/or circumstances on their end. You can try to speed up the process by attempting to contact the carriers themselves to ensure that everything is okay with your package.
Please note, there are no cancellations on pickup orders.

International buyers wont be charged any tax on our end, but it is the customer's responsibility to find out about their country customs regulations and fees [if applicable] and the customer will be responsible to pay any additional fees incurred.
If the customer refuses to pay any of the above mentioned additional fees [if applicable], the carrier may then return the package to our warehouse and the customer will then be responsible to pay for the return label + additional carrier fees + a restocking fee.
If clearance applicable, some carriers might charge you a fee for the clearance service, handling etc., normally all EXPRESS shipments are exempt of any clearance fees.
Returns and Refunds Policy

Cancellations can only be made prior to the order being fulfilled. When the order is fulfilled, you will receive an email with your fulfillment details. You may also access these details on your Instawrapshop.ca account.
Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
Any custom print, including all camouflage, marble, etc., in addition to any custom design requested, is NON REFUNDABLE/EXCHANGEABLE, no exceptions. If there is a problem with the order you received, or you believe it’s not what you purchased, contact us and we will do our best to try and help you to the best of our ability.
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
You may be subject to a Restocking Fee of up to 20%, depending on our stock level when the order was processed. This includes; size of the item, if it was a full roll or a partial cut etc.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
If a product is being replaced due to a fulfillment error/damaged product, the new package shipped to you will be with the same service chosen for your original order.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
For any item you are shipping back to us, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
