Most Instawraps products are color based and their appearance may vary according to screen resolution, lighting, photo quality, etc. The Instawraps team does their absolute best to upload pictures that represent the color as accurately as possible. Instawraps does, however, strongly encourage customers to order samples first and not base their assumptions and impressions of what color(s) will look like based, solely, on the pictures uploaded to the Instawraps website. By purchasing samples, customers will avoid delays and return requests; and save time and money.
Textured Vinyl / Wood Grain: Please note that all grain vinyl wraps are produced horizontally (lengthwise). Meaning the largest pieces that can be applied vertically will be the width of the wrap (4 or 5 feet). When purchasing smaller pieces (1 or 2 feet) of this grain vinyl, customers will receive the grain running on the shorter end.
Directional Films: Please note, changing the direction (for example, horizontally, then vertically applied) of some film when applying it will change the unified look of the wrap and may result in slight color variations.
Seams: There are times during the manufacturing process that a roll needs to be connected to another roll to complete printing. The manufacturer may use tape to connect one edge of a roll to another edge, creating a seam. This happens once every 200-300 rolls. Please note, these seams are not made by Instawraps. The Instawraps fulfillment team would never use tape to connect two pieces of vinyl together.
3M 1080 / 2080 series: In 2020, 3M announced the release of their new 2080 series films in replacement of their 1080 series. 3M has improved their film and added a cap sheet to their gloss film series. 3M is constantly converting their colors from 1080 to 2080. While the Instawraps website will still list 1080 on the title and description of the product, as long as that specific color was converted by 3M and the 1080 stock has been sold, customers can expect to receive the 2080 film.
PPF & Tint: The Instawraps collection offers customers a vast breadth of customized tint and PPF products. There may be times when certain widths are not available, therefore Instawraps reserves the right to fulfill orders with an in-stock width while keeping true to the specified square footage selected at checkout. Please note, the Instawraps team understands the profession and is familiar with all possible projects these films can be used for.
The Instawraps fulfillment team will always do their best to contact the customer prior to fulfillment, if necessary. However, if the Instawraps team is unable to reach the customer, the order will be fulfilled according to the square footage selected but using the width available in-stock at the time of fulfillment. For example, if a customer purchased 5ft. x 8ft. of tint or PPF but the 5ft. width is not in-stock, Instawraps may fulfill the order using a 4ft. width by sending the order as 4ft. x 10ft. (which is equal to the same square footage–40sq.ft.).
Film Branding: Please note, the following products come from the manufacturer without any branding or logo: Avery Chrome series and 3M/Avery PPF.
3M Automotive Window Tint Products: Please note, there may be a printed 3M logo on 3M tint film products, this can easily be removed after installation, with a cloth and warm water.
3M Primer 94
Because of the ingredients in the 3M Primer 94 cans and pens, Instawraps cannot ship these products with express shipping due to regulations on packages shipped via planes.
Instawraps does not allow pre-orders on out-of-stock products.
For customer convenience, Instawraps now offers Canadian customers the ability to pay via Interac e-transfer, while U.S. customers can pay via Zelle. Instawraps also accepts all major credit cards.
Instawraps cannot receive Interac e-transfers from any Canadian customers using translated websites or mobile translation apps from English to French. Please only use English platforms as auto deposit does not recognize any translated webpages for Interac e-transfers and we will not be able to process or accept the payment.
Regarding e-transfer or Zelle orders: Because it may take up to ~30 minutes for Zelle or e-transfer payments to be processed, customers must send their payment right before pressing the “Complete order” button on the checkout page. Orders not paid, in full, within 30 minutes of completing the order will be cancelled.
If a customer has tried to place an order and was notified by the Instawraps website that their credit or debit card information did not go through, they may see the charges on their credit or debit card. This does not mean that Instawraps received the order or received payment. It means, in the attempt, the credit card/debit card company put the transaction on pending mode and will be released and put back to the customer’s account. The release time will depend on the customer’s bank.
Exceptions in order fulfillment
Instawraps works quickly and diligently to fulfill customer orders efficiently and accurately. Customer satisfaction is Instawraps’ top priority, leaving no room for error. To ensure efficiency in the production process, on rare occasion that an order placed is not available in one continuous piece, but is available in a few pieces, the customer may receive the item in more than one piece.
Please note that even if an order is sent in a few pieces, the standard minimum size per piece will typically be 10 feet. The Instawraps fulfillment team understands that there are projects where the full amount is needed in one piece, the customer should kindly include a note at checkout specifying that the order is required in one piece. Instawraps would like to avoid canceling orders, understanding every project has its own deadline and urgency, therefore, to complete an order, the Instawraps fulfillment team will send pieces as small as 5ft., if necessary.
Please note, the Instawraps Support team will make every effort to contact customers regarding their order fulfillment if a situation, similar to the ones noted above, arises. The support team will call, and if necessary, e-mail the customer to verify that the necessary changes are acceptable. If the Instawraps Support team does not receive a response via e-mail within 24 hours, the order will either be completed as stated above or cancelled.
Instawraps operates out of locations in Canada and the U.S. Because of this, customers should note operating business days in both countries. For Canadian and International shipping addresses, customers should reference Canadian business days only, whereas customers with U.S. and Territories shipping addresses should reference both Canadian and U.S. business days.
Please note, business days does not include weekends, public holidays (USA and Canada) or days that Instawraps is closed according to our holiday closure times located on our Holiday Closure page. Business days mentioned on our policy refers to days that Instawraps is open for business. On days that Instawraps is closed (see Holiday closure page), those days do not count as business days for handling time nor for delivery times. s.
Instawraps website is open to the public, worldwide. Therefore, to place an order, customers can add items to their cart and checkout as guests. Please note, to be able to collect points and redeem rewards with the Instawraps Wrap’n Roll Rewards Program, an account must be created prior to placing an order.
Please note, the Instawraps Support team will only communicate with the customer on file regarding specific orders. Customers calling may be asked to verify specific information on the account before proceeding with any inquiries regarding the specified order.
Registered E-mail on Account
Customers can request to change their registered email address on the Instawraps website or application. The new email address cannot be an address currently being used in the Instawraps system—this must be a new email account.
The only way to change an e-mail address on the account is to provide a new email that is not being used for any other account in the Instawraps system.
Instawraps is proud to offer wholesale discount pricing for professional, registered businesses Worldwide. To apply for a wholesale account, the registered account must prove volume of orders. Once an account has reached $5000+ and 5+ orders within the last 90 days, customers can request to be added to the wholesale program via email to our support team. Please note, customers cannot combine multiple accounts to add together total orders and dollars spent.
Instawraps reserves the right to terminate customer accounts without notice. Terminated accounts will lose all points accumulated.
The Instawraps Team is made up of vinyl wrap and customer service experts. The Instawraps Support Team is always willing to hear constructive criticism, positive or negative, on any part of the purchase and fulfillment processes. The support team will always do their best to help customers with any claims or concerns. There is, however, a zero-tolerance policy for any abusive behavior towards Instawraps’ staff. The Instawraps Support Team will interact respectfully and honestly with all customers but does expect the same in return. Instawraps will not tolerate any obscene language, insults, threats, or otherwise inappropriate verbal or physical interaction with any of its staff members. Customers that violate this zero-tolerance policy will be removed and banned from all of Instawraps’ marketplaces.
The Instawraps Support team is happy to serve customer inquiries in the order they are received. Please note, the Instawraps Support team cannot answer e-mails regarding orders from other marketplaces (e.g., Amazon, eBay, etc.) and will not be able to assist with any e-mails that do not include order ID’s, when necessary.
Instawraps understands the need for customers to shop in their own currency. To select a different currency, please use the pull-down menu on the main page, top right corner, to switch to any of the 5 most popular currencies. Please note, checkout, shipping costs, and the in-cart shipping calculator will always be in CAD (Canadian Dollar).
At checkout, customers have the option to add a note. Please be advised, the note section is intended for general instructions and requests and will only be fulfilled if possible. For example, to call if an out-of-stock product becomes available or request for fulfillment team to put vinyl in a plastic bag. Specific instructions that are not in accordance with the Instawraps policy will not be completed. For example, width can only be cut by 5ft and special requests for the vinyl wrap to be cut lengthwise, and similar such instructions, will not be fulfilled.
All discount codes provided to customers expire 3 months after the coupon creation date. Some exceptions may apply, and extensions may be provided on a case-by-case basis.
Instawraps works around the clock to make sure that all advertised items are in stock, however, sometimes products may be on back order from the manufacturer. Instawraps receives shipments from manufacturer partners daily but there are no estimated arrival dates provided on out-of-stock products. The Instawraps management team asks that customers request a notification on the out-of-stock item’s product page to be notified as soon as the item is back in stock.
Please note, when browsing the Instawraps marketplace, certain products may be temporarily sold out or have low stock levels. It is important that customers understand that combining multiple items to their cart for one specific item will not bypass our fulfillment process. If after selecting a size variation within the product page, for example 60ft, and it shows sold out, this means that our stock level is less than 60ft total (even in multiple pieces). While customers may be able to add 40ft and 20ft to their cart, the Instawraps fulfillment team will not be able to fulfill the order as 60ft is not in stock.
Instawraps stock is updated daily, yet rare occurrences may arise where multiple customers place their orders at almost the exact same time and there is not enough stock to fulfill all the orders. Orders will always be fulfilled in the order they are received. In the unusual case that an order was placed, and the item is not available, an email will be sent to notify the customer, with three possible options of how to proceed. The options are a full refund, replacement, or wait for the item to come back in stock. If customers choose to wait for the item to be back in stock, Instawraps will automatically notify the customer as soon as the item has arrived and is shipped.
The following are policies in addition to the standard app policies:
Rewards Program- Instawraps has a fantastic rewards program designed to help customers earn points per dollar purchased. After collecting either $25, $50, or $75 worth of points, customers are able to use those points to get the amount earned discounted from their next order. This program has been designed to reward Instawraps’ customers’ loyalty by offering generous discounts. The points will be calculated from the product/s paid amount only. Please note, each discount code provided by the program will expire after 30 days.
As well, Instawraps is a Canadian based business, our website and checkout in in CAD and we put a tremendous effort to give our 1.2M US customer the option to shop and pay in their local currency.
Our rewards program is a Shopify app and support CAD only, as the default store currency is CAD.
When a customer place an order and collect points, those are calculated in a higher value than the cart and checkout, as the CAD conversion will give customers more points regardless that the checkout currency is USD. Means, if customers would collect in USD, they would get the exact same value as if it was collected and redeem in CAD, so the total rewarded amount vs redeemable amount is the same.
Shipping, Returns and Refunds Policy
The Instawraps team has a few shipping centers located throughout North America and can fulfill orders from any of them. Instawraps’ fulfillment decisions are based on a number of factors, including the shipping address provided and available stock levels.
Courier pick ups are scheduled at the end of the day after 4pm EST, whether the order placed by the customer has selected either express or standard shipping.
Instawraps is based in Canada, however, the Instawraps team is proud to say that world-wide shipping options are available. Instawraps offers standard and express shipping options for North American customers.
U.S. customers should note the following: Orders shipped via standard USPS or UPS Ground services will be shipped from inside the U.S. and customers WILL NOT be charged any taxes for international shipping. Because the Instawraps fulfillment team has created this unique solution to prevent customers from incurring any extra charges for international shipping, and to keep shipping costs as low as possible, please allow for up to 3 days handling time on U.S. orders shipped via USPS or UPS Ground.
Although the Instawraps fulfillment team does their absolute best to fulfill all orders on the same day they are received, orders after 11:00 AM EST may be shipped the next business day.

Handling Times Notice

When placing an order, it is the customers responsibility to ensure the correct address is entered, as it is not possible to make a change to the address afterward. Instawraps is not responsible for shipping errors if a customer enters the incorrect address when placing an order.
Please note that if Letter Post Shipping Service was selected at checkout for our free shipping samples, that service is a regular letter mail service that does not include tracking.
Instawraps offers a high level of service, shipping, and quality products worldwide. Because of the cost and for quality assurance, Instawraps requires customer signatures on received parcels.
P.O. Box Addresses
For shipments to a P.O. box, a local shipping company must be selected by the customer at checkout. Only USPS (United States and Territories) and Canada Post (Canada) will deliver to P.O. box addresses—all other carriers will return the package to the Instawraps shipping department.

The Instawraps fulfillment team will not ship orders valued over $50 CAD to a P.O. box address. Any P.O. box orders are to be shipped at the customer’s own risk. Instawraps will not be responsible for any lost, stolen, or otherwise unreceived packages shipped to B.O. box addresses.
Instawraps will not take any responsibility for P.O. box shipments when checkout is completed with any carriers other than Canada Post for Canada and USPS for the U.S.A., Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Guam, and the United States Virgin Islands.
Shipping time estimates at checkout are provided by carriers and cannot be guaranteed by Instawraps. The carrier will provide an estimate according to the customer’s shipping location at the time the order is placed. Unforeseen circumstances, like inclement weather, may cause delays affecting the delivery date. Please be patient as the Instawraps fulfillment team is always doing their very best to get orders fulfilled and shipped as soon as possible.
In some cases, Instawraps reserves the right to use a different carrier, other than the one selected upon checkout, as long the service level is the same and the last estimated delivery date is no later than specified while checking out, on top of handling times, if applicable.
Please note, when an order is shipped in more than one package, the packages may be delivered on different days due to the carrier logistics and structure.
All Instawraps shipments will be tracked. Instawraps is not a shipping company, while Instawraps uses the most world’s most trusted shipping carriers for local and international shipments, Instawraps will take full responsibility for shipments that are lost in transit. Customers please note, once tracking shows delivered, Instawraps will not be able to take responsibility for lost or stolen packages. It is the customer's responsibility to protect their property.
Please note, Instawraps will always pay the extra fee for the ‘signature required’ option on all packages. Although Instawraps does opt for the signature upon delivery, the carrier may decide to leave a package on the porch or by the door depending on location or preferred agreement with the carrier company.
The Instawraps team is happy to offer free shipping, worldwide, for sample pieces while using a non-trackable letter post service.
Customers should never, under any circumstances, refuse a package ordered from Instawraps. The process of having a package returned to the Instawraps warehouse, is likely to be unsuccessful due to couriers’ structure, which is out of Instawraps’ control.
Instawraps will not be able to apply changes to orders marked fulfilled.
Instawraps ships all products in secure packaging. The Instawraps fulfillment team repackages most products to reduce customer shipping costs and to protect items from shifting due to oversized packaging.
In the event that a shipment has not arrived on time, and the tracking information shows that it has been shipped, please allow up to 10 business days before calling to claim a lost package. The Instawraps fulfillment team does their absolute best to ensure customers receive their orders as soon as possible. The entire Instawraps team thanks customers for their patience as carriers do, occasionally, experience shipping delays due to unforeseen circumstances. Customers may try to contact the carriers directly for more detail on the shipping status of their package.
The cut-off time for same day pickup orders is 11am EST. Typically, pickup orders placed before 11am EST will be fulfilled and ready for pickup by the end of the day.
Pickup items placed after 11am EST will more likely be ready by the next business day.
Please note, there are no cancellations on pickup orders.
Please note, if a bag is required for the vinyl, this must be mentioned in the notes at checkout. The Instawraps fulfillment team will not be able to fulfill customer requests at the time of pickup due to high order volumes.
Please note, here at Instawraps, each order is customized according to the customer's order. Therefore, pickup orders that are not picked up by the customer on file, or an agent on behalf of said customer; within 90 calendar days, will be put back in stock and no refund will be given.
In some cases, items like custom prints, decals, etc. may not be ready for same day pickup. Customers will always be notified by email when their order is ready for pickup.
The “Curbside Pickup” option is ONLY available at the Instawraps Vaughan - Ontario location. Customers can choose the “Curbside Pickup” option at checkout. Once the order is fulfilled, an email will be sent to the email account on file stating the order is ready for pickup.
Please note, the order confirmation email should not be confused with the ready for pickup email, which states that the order now is fulfilled and ready to be picked up.
Please send us a WhatsApp message to 437-324-7460 upon arrival with your order number (starting with "E1..."). Please DO NOT knock on the door or ring the bell, simply send a message through WhatsApp. Once the pickup department receives this message, they will send a confirmation email to the email account on file. Customers must respond “CONFIRMED" and the order will then be released at the front door.
For customers that do not have WhatsApp downloaded, please call 1-866-258-6908 or 416-620-9545 upon arrival to have the confirmation email sent out as mentioned above.
Please note, the pickup process could take up to 15 minutes, depending on the time during the day, and curbside traffic.

If an international customer would like to add their VAT or tax ID for customs purposes, please enter the VAT or tax ID following the company name. Instawraps will add that ID to the commercial invoice. Without exception, this ID needs to be added each time the customer makes an order.
Instawraps cannot make any changes to the commercial invoice’s customer information. Please ensure the correct information is entered at checkout.
Instawraps does not charge international buyers any tax, but it is the customer's responsibility to find out about their country’s customs regulations and fees (if applicable). The customer is responsible to pay any additional fees incurred.
If the customer refuses to pay any of the additional fees (if applicable), mentioned above, the carrier service may then return the package to the Instawraps shipping department, and the customer will then be responsible to pay for the return label + additional carrier fees + a restocking fee.
If clearance is applicable, some carriers may charge the customer a fee for the clearance service, handling etc. Normally, EXPRESS shipments are exempt from clearance fees.
