Surface Preparation:

• Clean and Dry: Ensure the bonding surface is relatively clean and dry.
• Contaminated Surfaces: Clean contaminated surfaces with a 50/50 Isopropyl Alcohol and water mixture using a lint-free cloth.

Application Instructions:

1. Shake Well: Shake 3M Primer 94 well before use.
2. Thin Uniform Coating: Apply a thin, uniform coating to the bonding surface, using the minimum amount required.
3. Drying Time: Allow 3M Primer 94 to dry thoroughly before applying tape. Typically, it dries in 5 minutes at room temperature.
4. Contaminant-Free Surface: Ensure the primed surface remains free from contaminants before tape application.
5. Porous Surfaces: Porous surfaces may require 2 applications for uniform coverage and optimal adhesion. Allow the first application to dry before applying the second coat.
6. Application Methods: Apply with a brush, swab, or a pressurized flow gun. Can also be applied with a knurled roller or similar application equipment.
