Samples

Most Instawraps products are color based and their appearance may vary according to screen resolution, lighting, photo quality, etc. The Instawraps team does their absolute best to upload pictures that represent the color as accurately as possible. Instawraps does, however, strongly encourage customers to order samples first and not base their assumptions and impressions of what color(s) will look like based, solely, on the pictures uploaded to the Instawraps website. By purchasing samples, customers will avoid delays and return requests; and save time and money.

Camo Samples: Our camo samples serve as excellent tools to showcase the intricate patterns shapes of our camouflage designs. However, it's important to note that while these samples effectively represent the visual characteristics of our camo patterns such as: patterns shape, colors, and finishes, they do not convey the size or scale of the patterns. This limitation arises due to the size constraints of the samples themselves, which may not fully capture the scale of the patterns as they would appear on larger surfaces.

To assist customers in visualizing the size and scale of our camo patterns, we provide additional information and resources, such as detailed descriptions, measurements, and imagery depicting the patterns in various applications.

Films

Textured Vinyl / Wood Grain: Please note that all grain vinyl wraps are produced horizontally (lengthwise). Meaning the largest pieces that can be applied vertically will be the width of the wrap (4 or 5 feet). When purchasing smaller pieces (1 or 2 feet) of this grain vinyl, customers will receive the grain running on the shorter end. 

Directional Films: Please note, changing the direction (for example, horizontally, then vertically applied) of some film when applying it will change the unified look of the wrap and may result in slight color variations.

Seams: There are times during the manufacturing process that a roll needs to be connected to another roll to complete printing. The manufacturer may use tape to connect one edge of a roll to another edge, creating a seam. This happens once every 200-300 rolls. Please note, these seams are not made by Instawraps. The Instawraps fulfillment team would never use tape to connect two pieces of vinyl together.

3M 1080 / 2080 series: In 2020, 3M announced the release of their new 2080 series films in replacement of their 1080 series. 3M has improved their film and added a cap sheet to their gloss film series. 3M is constantly converting their colors from 1080 to 2080. While the Instawraps website will still list 1080 on the title and description of the product, as long as that specific color was converted by 3M and the 1080 stock has been sold, customers can expect to receive the 2080 film.

PPF & Tint: The Instawraps collection offers customers a vast breadth of customized tint and PPF products. There may be times when certain widths are not available, therefore Instawraps reserves the right to fulfill orders with an in-stock width while keeping true to the specified square footage selected at checkout. Please note, the Instawraps team understands the profession and is familiar with all possible projects these films can be used for.

The Instawraps fulfillment team will always do their best to contact the customer prior to fulfillment, if necessary. However, if the Instawraps team is unable to reach the customer, the order will be fulfilled according to the square footage selected but using the width available in-stock at the time of fulfillment. For example, if a customer purchased 5ft. x 8ft. of tint or PPF but the 5ft. width is not in-stock, Instawraps may fulfill the order using a 4ft. width by sending the order as 4ft. x 10ft. (which is equal to the same square footage–40sq.ft.).

Film Branding: Please note, the following products come from the manufacturer without any branding or logo: Avery Chrome series and 3M/Avery PPF.

3M Automotive Window Tint Products: Please note, there may be a printed 3M logo on 3M tint film products, this can easily be removed after installation, with a cloth and warm water.

3M Primer 94

Because of the ingredients in the 3M Primer 94 cans and pens, Instawraps cannot ship these products with express shipping due to regulations on packages shipped via planes.

California Prop 65 Warning

California Prop 65 Warning: vinyl wrap can expose you to chemicals including Vinyl Chloride, which is known to the State of California to cause cancer, and Toluene, which is known to the State of California to cause birth defects or other reproductive harm. Pre-order

Instawraps does not allow pre-orders on out-of-stock products.

Payments

For customer convenience, Instawraps now offers Canadian customers the ability to pay via Interac e-transfer, while U.S. customers can pay via Zelle. Instawraps also accepts all major credit cards.

Instawraps cannot receive Interac e-transfers from any Canadian customers using translated websites or mobile translation apps from English to French. Please only use English platforms as auto deposit does not recognize any translated webpages for Interac e-transfers and we will not be able to process or accept the payment.

Regarding e-transfer or Zelle orders: Because it may take up to ~30 minutes for Zelle or e-transfer payments to be processed, customers must send their payment right before pressing the “Complete order” button on the checkout page. Orders not paid, in full, within 30 minutes of completing the order will be cancelled.

At Instawraps, we understand the importance of ensuring that every transaction is accurate and reflects a corresponding order placed on our platform. However, we recognize that discrepancies may occur, such as instances where a payment appears on a customer's statement without a corresponding order being placed.

Please be aware that our system meticulously verifies every detail provided by the customer during order placement. It's crucial to ensure that this information, such as shipping and billing address, matches the registered data with your bank account.

Customers are advised to verify whether they have received a confirmation email for the order in question. If no confirmation email has been received following a payment, it indicates that the order was not successfully processed in our system.

In such cases, the credit/debit card company typically places the transaction in a pending status, and the amount will be automatically released back to the customer's account. The duration of this release process varies depending on the policies of the customer's bank.

Exceptions in order fulfillment

Instawraps works quickly and diligently to fulfill customer orders efficiently and accurately. Customer satisfaction is Instawraps’ top priority, leaving no room for error. To ensure efficiency in the production process, on rare occasion that an order placed is not available in one continuous piece, but is available in a few pieces, the customer may receive the item in more than one piece.

Please note that even if an order is sent in a few pieces, the standard minimum size per piece will typically be 10 feet. The Instawraps fulfillment team understands that there are projects where the full amount is needed in one piece, the customer should kindly include a note at checkout specifying that the order is required in one piece. Instawraps would like to avoid canceling orders, understanding every project has its own deadline and urgency, therefore, to complete an order, the Instawraps fulfillment team will send pieces as small as 5ft., if necessary.

Please note, the Instawraps Support team will make every effort to contact customers regarding their order fulfillment if a situation, similar to the ones noted above, arises. The support team will call, and if necessary, e-mail the customer to verify that the necessary changes are acceptable. If the Instawraps Support team does not receive a response via e-mail within 24 hours, the order will either be completed as stated above or cancelled.

No Modification Policy for Shipping, Billing, and Commercial Invoice Information

Once an order is successfully placed on our platform, the shipping, billing, and commercial invoice information provided during the checkout process is considered final.

It is the responsibility of the customer to review and ensure the accuracy of all information provided at the time of placing the order, including shipping addresses, billing details, and any commercial invoice requirements.

Price Changes Policy

Instawraps reserves the right to adjust prices for products and services at any time, based on factors such as market conditions, supplier costs, and operational expenses. While we endeavor to inform customers of any significant price changes in advance, please note that prices may be updated without prior notification.

Price changes take effect immediately upon implementation and apply to all future purchases. Prices displayed on our website or provided through other channels are subject to change and do not constitute a price guarantee for future purchases.

Instawraps is committed to transparency and fairness in our pricing practices. While we strive to maintain consistency, occasional adjustments may be necessary to reflect market dynamics and operational realities.

Business Days

Instawraps operates out of locations in Canada and the U.S. Because of this, customers should note operating business days in both countries. For Canadian and International shipping addresses, customers should reference Canadian business days only, whereas customers with U.S. and Territories shipping addresses should reference both Canadian and U.S. business days.

Please note, business days does not include weekends, public holidays (USA and Canada) or days that Instawraps is closed according to our holiday closure times located on our Holiday Closure page. Business days mentioned on our policy refers to days that Instawraps is open for business. On days that Instawraps is closed (see Holiday closure page), those days do not count as business days for handling time nor for delivery times. s.

Customer accounts

Instawraps website is open to the public, worldwide. Therefore, to place an order, customers can add items to their cart and checkout as guests. Please note, to be able to collect points and redeem rewards with the Instawraps Wrap’n Roll Rewards Program, an account must be created prior to placing an order.

Please note, the Instawraps Support team will only communicate with the customer on file regarding specific orders. Customers calling may be asked to verify specific information on the account before proceeding with any inquiries regarding the specified order.

Registered E-mail on Account

Customers can request to change their registered email address on the Instawraps website or application. The new email address cannot be an address currently being used in the Instawraps system—this must be a new email account.

The only way to change an e-mail address on the account is to provide a new email that is not being used for any other account in the Instawraps system.

Customer Service

The Instawraps Team is made up of vinyl wrap and customer service experts. The Instawraps Support Team is always willing to hear constructive criticism, positive or negative, on any part of the purchase and fulfillment processes. The support team will always do their best to help customers with any claims or concerns. There is, however, a zero-tolerance policy for any abusive behavior towards Instawraps’ staff. The Instawraps Support Team will interact respectfully and honestly with all customers but does expect the same in return. Instawraps will not tolerate any obscene language, insults, threats, or otherwise inappropriate verbal or physical interaction with any of its staff members. Customers that violate this zero-tolerance policy will be removed and banned from all of Instawraps’ marketplaces.

E-mails

The Instawraps Support team is happy to serve customer inquiries in the order they are received. Please note, the Instawraps Support team cannot answer e-mails regarding orders from other marketplaces (e.g., Amazon, eBay, etc.) and will not be able to assist with any e-mails that do not include order ID’s, when necessary.

Site preferences

Instawraps understands the need for customers to shop in their own currency. To select a different currency, please use the pull-down menu on the main page, top right corner, to switch to any of the 5 most popular currencies. Please note, checkout, shipping costs, and the in-cart shipping calculator will always be in CAD (Canadian Dollar).

Checkout notes

At checkout, customers have the option to add a note. Please be advised, the note section is intended for general instructions and requests and will only be fulfilled if possible. For example, to call if an out-of-stock product becomes available or request for fulfillment team to put vinyl in a plastic bag. Specific instructions that are not in accordance with the Instawraps policy will not be completed. For example, width can only be cut by 5ft and special requests for the vinyl wrap to be cut lengthwise, and similar such instructions, will not be fulfilled. 

Coupon codes

All discount codes provided to customers expire 3 months after the coupon creation date. Some exceptions may apply, and extensions may be provided on a case-by-case basis.

Instawraps stock

Instawraps works around the clock to make sure that all advertised items are in stock, however, sometimes products may be on back order from the manufacturer. Instawraps receives shipments from manufacturer partners daily but there are no estimated arrival dates provided on out-of-stock products. The Instawraps management team asks that customers request a notification on the out-of-stock item’s product page to be notified as soon as the item is back in stock.

Please note, when browsing the Instawraps marketplace, certain products may be temporarily sold out or have low stock levels. It is important that customers understand that combining multiple items to their cart for one specific item will not bypass our fulfillment process. If after selecting a size variation within the product page, for example 60ft, and it shows sold out, this means that our stock level is less than 60ft total (even in multiple pieces). While customers may be able to add 40ft and 20ft to their cart, the Instawraps fulfillment team will not be able to fulfill the order as 60ft is not in stock.

Instawraps stock is updated daily, yet rare occurrences may arise where multiple customers place their orders at almost the exact same time and there is not enough stock to fulfill all the orders. Orders will always be fulfilled in the order they are received. In the unusual case that an order was placed, and the item is not available, an email will be sent to notify the customer, with three possible options of how to proceed. The options are a full refund, replacement, or wait for the item to come back in stock. If customers choose to wait for the item to be back in stock, Instawraps will automatically notify the customer as soon as the item has arrived and is shipped.

Instawraps apps

The following are policies in addition to the standard app policies:

Rewards Program - Instawraps has a fantastic rewards program designed to help customers earn points per dollar purchased. After collecting points, customers are able to use those to get the amount earned discounted from their next order. This program has been designed to reward Instawraps’ customers’ loyalty by offering generous discounts.

The points will be calculated based on the total paid amount for all product(s) only and will not include or impact any shipping costs. Please note, each discount code provided by the program will expire after 6 months.

Discount Program Currency

It's important to note that all discounts provided through our program are exclusively in Canadian Dollars (CAD).

When a customer places an order and collects points, those are calculated in a higher value than the cart and checkout, as the CAD conversion will give customers more points regardless that the checkout currency is USD. Means, if customers would collect in USD, they would get the exact same value as if it was collected and redeem in CAD, so the total rewarded amount vs redeemable amount is the same.

Our pricing structure and discount program are designed to ensure consistency and fairness for all customers, regardless of their location or currency preferences.

Please note, a redeemed discount code can only be applied to an order once, regardless of the discount amount or if it exceeds the order price.

Shipping Policy

Locations

The Instawraps team has a few shipping centers located throughout North America and can fulfill orders from any of them. Instawraps’ fulfillment decisions are based on a number of factors, including the shipping address provided and available stock levels.

Instawraps is based in Canada, however, the Instawraps team is proud to say that world-wide shipping options are available. Instawraps offers standard and express shipping options for North American customers.

U.S. customers should note the following: Orders shipped via standard USPS or UPS Ground services will be shipped from inside the U.S. and customers WILL NOT be charged any taxes for international shipping. Because the Instawraps fulfillment team has created this unique solution to prevent customers from incurring any extra charges for international shipping, and to keep shipping costs as low as possible, please allow for up to 3 days handling time on U.S. orders shipped via USPS or UPS Ground.

Although the Instawraps fulfillment team does their absolute best to fulfill all orders on the same day they are received, orders after 11:00 AM EST may be shipped the next business day.

For customer convenience, Instawraps also offers Express shipping options at checkout. Express orders received before 11:00 AM EST will, typically, be shipped the same day.

Shipments Pickup Time

Please note, shipments are scheduled for pickup at the end of each business day. Pickup times may vary slightly depending on logistics and carrier availability, but our standard practice is to have all shipments ready for pickup by the end of the business day.

Our team ensures that all orders that due for a shipment on the same day are properly prepared, packaged, and labeled for shipment pickup. We maintain high standards of quality control to guarantee that orders are ready for pickup at the designated time.

Handling Times Notice

Handling times should not be confused with shipping date estimates. Handling time is the time an order is received to the moment it is handed over to the shipping carrier selected at checkout.

NON-Express Shipments Handling Times

Non-Express shipping method handling times may take up to 3 business days for fulfillment and shipment.

Express Shipments Handling Times

The cut-off time for express shipping methods is 11AM EST.

Orders placed on business days before 11AM EST with Express Shipping selected at checkout will typically be shipped same day. Although the Instawraps fulfillment team will always do their best to fulfill all orders on the same day they are received, orders placed after the cut-off time may be fulfilled on the next business day.

Order Address Change

To ensure smooth processing and delivery, it is imperative for customers to provide accurate delivery information at the time of placing an order. It is the responsibility of the customer to accurately enter the delivery address during the checkout process. Customers are advised to double-check and verify the correctness of the delivery address before confirming their order.

Once an order is placed, our system automatically processes the provided delivery address for fulfillment. We do not have the capability to alter or change the delivery address once the order has been processed.

Instawraps holds no liability for orders delivered to incorrect addresses due to customer error. Orders delivered to incorrect addresses due to customer error are not eligible for refunds or replacements. Customers may be required to place a new order with the correct delivery address and bear any associated costs.

Please note that if Letter Post Shipping Service was selected at checkout for our free shipping samples, that service is a regular letter mail service that does not include tracking.

Packaging Includes Staples

Please note, in advance to send out your item in the most secure way, we use boxes and tubes that are sealed completely. For the boxes, we use high-tack tape, and for the tubes we use heavy duty industrial staples to seal the caps on the edges. The staples should be removed completely before taking the product/s out of the tube, as it might scratch and damage the external layer of the material if the staples aren't removed.

We won't be responsible for any damage caused by removing the item before removing all staples.

Please not, shipping vinyl wrap is a complex process that requires meticulous attention to detail. Our dedicated team works diligently to ensure that each order is carefully packaged and securely sealed to our strict standards. However, despite our best efforts, it is not uncommon for the edges of the film to incur minor scratches and imperfections during transportation.

It's worth noting that since the edges of the film are utilized for stretching, imperfections within 1 inch from each edge are not deemed defects.

P.O. Box Addresses

For shipments to a P.O. box, a local shipping company must be selected by the customer at checkout. Only USPS (United States and Territories) and Canada Post (Canada) will deliver to P.O. box addresses—all other carriers will return the package to the Instawraps shipping department.

The Instawraps fulfillment team will not ship orders valued over $50 CAD to a P.O. box address. Any P.O. box orders are to be shipped at the customer’s own risk. Instawraps will not be responsible for any lost, stolen, or otherwise unreceived packages shipped to B.O. box addresses.

Instawraps will not take any responsibility for P.O. box shipments when checkout is completed with any carriers other than Canada Post for Canada and USPS for the U.S.A., Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Guam, and the United States Virgin Islands.

Shipping time estimates at checkout are provided by carriers and cannot be guaranteed by Instawraps. The carrier will provide an estimate according to the customer’s shipping location at the time the order is placed. Unforeseen circumstances, like inclement weather, may cause delays affecting the delivery date. Please be patient as the Instawraps fulfillment team is always doing their very best to get orders fulfilled and shipped as soon as possible.

Non-Business Days for Deliveries and Order Fulfillment

At Instawraps, we prioritize transparency and efficiency in our operations. To set accurate delivery expectations, we exclude non-business days from our delivery and fulfillment timelines. Orders made on non-business days are processed on the next business day. Our website features a holiday chart listing our recognized holidays, which are considered non-business days. We encourage customers to consult this chart when planning orders for realistic delivery estimations.

In some cases, Instawraps reserves the right to use a different carrier, other than the one selected upon checkout, as long the service level is the same and the last estimated delivery date is no later than specified while checking out, on top of handling times, if applicable.

Please note, when an order is shipped in more than one package, the packages may be delivered on different days due to the carrier logistics and structure.

All Instawraps shipments will be tracked. Instawraps is not a shipping company, while Instawraps uses the most world’s most trusted shipping carriers for local and international shipments, Instawraps will take full responsibility for shipments that are lost in transit. Customers please note, once tracking shows delivered, Instawraps will not be able to take responsibility for lost or stolen packages. It is the customer's responsibility to protect their property.

The Instawraps team is happy to offer free shipping, worldwide, for sample pieces while using a non-trackable letter post service. 

Customers should never, under any circumstances, refuse a package ordered from Instawraps. The process of having a package returned to the Instawraps warehouse, is likely to be unsuccessful due to couriers’ structure, which is out of Instawraps’ control.

Instawraps will not be able to apply changes to orders marked fulfilled.

Instawraps ships all products in secure packaging. The Instawraps fulfillment team repackages most products to reduce customer shipping costs and to protect items from shifting due to oversized packaging.

In the event that a shipment has not arrived on time, and the tracking information shows that it has been shipped, please allow up to 10 business days before calling to claim a lost package. The Instawraps fulfillment team does their absolute best to ensure customers receive their orders as soon as possible. The entire Instawraps team thanks customers for their patience as carriers do, occasionally, experience shipping delays due to unforeseen circumstances. Customers may try to contact the carriers directly for more detail on the shipping status of their package.

Curbside Pickup

The cut-off time for same day pickup orders is 11am EST. Typically, pickup orders placed before 11am EST will be fulfilled and ready for pickup by the end of the day.

Should an order be placed after 11 a.m. EST and necessitate same-day collection, customers have the option to pay an additional fee of $25 for same-day pickup during the checkout process.

Pickup items placed after 11am EST will more likely be ready by the next business day.

Customers have the option to return pickup orders (only eligible for return items), subject to a 20% restocking fee.

Pickup orders can be returned within 30 days of the purchase date, provided that the item(s) are unused, in the same condition as received, and in their original packaging. All returns for pickup orders will incur a restocking fee of 20%. This fee is deducted from the refunded amount and is non-negotiable.

Please note, pickup orders must be picked up by the customer within 14 calendar days.

Please note, Instawraps has implemented an adjusted return policy for orders that remain unpicked for a period of two weeks. A restocking fee of 20% will be applied to all eligible returns of unpicked orders. This fee is non-negotiable and will be deducted from the refunded amount. Customers have until the order fulfillment date to cancel their order without incurring a restocking fee. Once an order is fulfilled, it becomes subject to the return policy.

In some cases, items like custom prints, decals, etc. may not be ready for same day pickup. Customers will always be notified by email when their order is ready for pickup.

The “Curbside Pickup” option is ONLY available at the Instawraps Vaughan - Ontario location. Customers can choose the “Curbside Pickup” option at checkout. Once the order is fulfilled, an email will be sent to the email account on file stating the order is ready for pickup.

Expedited Pickup Option

Instawraps is pleased to introduce an expedited pickup option for our customers. With this option, customers are guaranteed to be able to pick up their orders by 3:30 PM on business days.

An expedited pickup fee of $25 will be applied to orders selecting this option during checkout. By choosing the expedited pickup option and paying the associated fee, customers can be confident that their orders will be ready for pickup by 3:30 PM on business days.

Expedited pickup offers customers added flexibility and convenience by allowing them to plan their schedules accordingly. Please note, that policy is for items that have no production timeline only.

Please note, the order confirmation email should not be confused with the ready for pickup email, which states that the order now is fulfilled and ready to be picked up.

Please send us a WhatsApp message to 437-324-7460 upon arrival with your order number (starting with "E1..."). Please DO NOT knock on the door or ring the bell, simply send a message through WhatsApp. Once the pickup department receives this message, they will send a confirmation email to the email account on file. Customers must respond “CONFIRMED" and the order will then be released at the front door.

For customers that do not have WhatsApp downloaded, please call 1-866-258-6908 or 416-620-9545 upon arrival to have the confirmation email sent out as mentioned above.

Please note, the pickup process could take up to 15 minutes, depending on the time during the day, and curbside traffic.

Please note, the pickup confirmation process has been put in place by the Instawraps management team to prevent fraud and ensure that Instawraps’ customers receive their products safely and promptly.

Customers can send someone to pickup their order. The order will only be released after a written confirmation is received on our end.

To keep the pickup process quick and seamless for customers, Instawraps does not bag or box vinyl orders. If necessary, customers must request their item to be bagged upon checkout, in the notes section.

Delivery Method Change Policy

At Instawraps, we understand that circumstances may change, including how customers wish to receive their orders. To accommodate these changes while ensuring efficient order processing, we allow customers to change their delivery method from pickup to shipping or vice versa. However, to maintain operational effectiveness and fairness, each account is limited to one delivery method change in its lifetime.

Customers who wish to change their delivery method must contact our customer support team to initiate the process. The request will be reviewed, and if eligible, the change will be processed accordingly.

Once a delivery method change has been processed for an account, no further changes will be permitted in the future. This limitation applies regardless of any subsequent changes in circumstances or preferences.

By limiting delivery method changes to one per account, we aim to maintain fairness and efficiency in our order processing and logistics operations.

This policy helps prevent unnecessary disruptions and delays while allowing customers the flexibility to adjust their delivery preferences when needed.

International Shipments

International Commercial Invoice Policy

If an international customer would like to add their VAT or tax ID for customs purposes, please enter the VAT or tax ID following the company name. Instawraps will add that ID to the commercial invoice. Without exception, this ID needs to be added each time the customer makes an order.

To comply with international customs regulations and streamline the shipping process, customers who wish the VAT or tax ID to be included on the commercial invoice are advised to specify this requirement in the order notes.

Instawraps cannot make any changes to the commercial invoice’s customer information. Please ensure the correct information is entered at checkout.

Instawraps does not charge international buyers any tax, but it is the customer's responsibility to find out about their country’s customs regulations and fees (if applicable). The customer is responsible to pay any additional fees incurred.

If the customer refuses to pay any of the additional fees (if applicable), mentioned above, the carrier service may then return the package to the Instawraps shipping department, and the customer will then be responsible to pay for the return label + additional carrier fees + a restocking fee. 

If clearance is applicable, some carriers may charge the customer a fee for the clearance service, handling etc. Normally, EXPRESS shipments are exempt from clearance fees.

 

Cancellations, Returns, Refunds and Defected Films Policy

Please note, any packages returned to Instawraps as “return to sender” will be subject to a restocking fee of 20% and shipping costs.

Instawraps offers customers the convenience of ordering custom sizes for their project. Because each order is custom cut and/or repackaged to prevent damage during shipping, orders marked fulfilled can no longer be cancelled.

Cancellations can only be made prior to the order being fulfilled. Any orders cancelled after fulfillment will be subject to a restocking fee of 20%-50%, regardless of tracking progress.

Once an order is fulfilled, customers will receive an email with fulfillment details. Customers may also access these details on their Instawrapshop.ca account.

Instawraps policy lasts 30 days. Once 30 days have elapsed from the purchase date, Instawraps cannot offer any refunds.

To be eligible for a return, item(s) must be unused, in the same condition that it was received, and in the original packaging.

Updated Return Policy for Pickup Orders

Instawraps is introducing a revised return policy on all returnable items for pickup orders. Customers now have the option to return pickup orders, subject to a 20% restocking fee.

Pickup orders can be returned within 30 days of the purchase date, provided that the item(s) are unused, in the same condition as received, and in their original packaging.

All returns for pickup orders will incur a restocking fee of 20%. This fee is deducted from the refunded amount and is non-negotiable.

Instawraps has implemented an adjusted return policy for orders that remain unpicked for a period of two weeks. A restocking fee of 20% will be applied to all eligible returns of unpicked orders. This fee is non-negotiable and will be deducted from the refunded amount.

Please note, customers have until the order fulfillment date to cancel their order without incurring a restocking fee. Once an order is fulfilled, it becomes subject to the return policy.

Post-Installation Material Warranty Claims

At Instawraps, we provide a material warranty for our products to ensure customer satisfaction and confidence in the quality of our materials.

Warranty claims made after installation are eligible for coverage for a period of one year from the date of purchase, exclusively for installations conducted by Certified Installers.

Customers seeking warranty coverage for post-installation claims must submit their claim to Instawraps within the one-year warranty period, along with proof of installation by a Certified Installer.

Upon receipt of a warranty claim, Instawraps will evaluate the claim and may request additional information or inspection if necessary.

Instawraps is committed to providing ongoing support to customers, including assistance with warranty claims, and ensuring customer satisfaction with our products and services.

Defected Films

There are very few types of defected films. In 2018, only 7 claims of defected films were received and approved out of over 24,000 orders. 2019 - 9 claims out of over 61,000. etc.

As a premium team of installers, the Instawraps crew is aware of all possible defects on films. Defects that disappear with some heat and defects that will not, defects that will show prior to installation and defects that will only show after installation. This being said, there are no defects that will only show up after the whole vehicle has been applied with material. Please be diligent in inspecting the vinyl prior to, and immediately after installing a small portion of vinyl on the vehicle to ensure that there is no defect.

Please be advised of the possibility of film haze, which may appear similar to a defect.

At Instawraps, we prioritize delivering top-quality products.

Film haze can occur during shipping and storage as a result of environmental factors such as temperature changes and humidity. This haze may give the appearance of a defect on the vinyl film's surface. We want to reassure our customers that film haze is easily removable during the installation process. By applying heat from a heat gun while installing the film, the haze dissipates, restoring the clarity and quality of the vinyl film.

Customers are advised to carefully inspect their vinyl film upon receipt. If haze is observed, it should not be considered a defect.

In most cases, once the Instawraps support team has determined that a customer’s film is, indeed, defected, the Instawraps support team will not even bother opening a claim with the brand, creating a longer wait time for the customer to receive help. Rather, the support team will take it upon themselves to assist the customer directly by offering a replacement film or refund for the defected claimed amount. Please note, the Instawraps support team prides itself on serving customers, however, if the defected claimed amount is returned with more than 10% installed, Instawraps will not be able to take responsibility for the defected film. Defected film will immediately draw the installers attention. Please DO NOT install the rest of the film and contact Instawraps’ support team right away. Please remember that Instawraps will not approve any claims until the film has been received and inspected by the Instawraps claims department.

Any custom print, including all camouflage, marble, etc., in addition to any custom design requested, is NON-REFUNDABLE, no exceptions. Please contact Instawraps immediately if there is a problem with an order upon arrival or the item received is not what was purchased. The Instawraps team will always try to assist customers to the best of their ability.

Returns and Refunds (if applicable)

Prior to returning an item, customers must send an email to support@instawraps.ca or reply to the order confirmation, explain the reason for their return request and provide and all necessary info / photos, if applicable.

Once a return is received and inspected, Instawraps will send an email notifying the customer that the return item has been received. Return items must be received in brand new condition. Instawraps will also notify the customer of the approval or rejection of the claim. If approved, the refund will be processed, and the credit will automatically be applied back to the original payment method used at checkout. Instawraps asks that customers please be patient as this process may take a few business days to reflect back on the account from which the original payment was made.

Customers may be subject to a restocking fee of up to 20%. The exact amount is to be determined by the Instawraps claims department, depending on stock level when order was processed, quantity purchased, size of the item, full or partial roll, etc.

If approved, a refund will be applied by Instawraps approximately 3 business days after receiving the returned package. Please note, credit card providers may hold refunds for several days before releasing the funds back into the credited account.

Customers are responsible for paying their own shipping costs on return items. The original shipping costs are non-refundable.

If a product is replaced due to damage or fulfillment error, the new package will be shipped with the same level of service selected in the original order. 

Depending on shipping address and stock level, the time it may take for a replacement product to arrive may vary.
