1. Sponsor

The Instawraps Share & Earn Contest ("Contest") is sponsored by Instawraps, located at 8001 Weston Road, Unit 3, Vaughan, ON. The Sponsor is solely responsible for all aspects of the Contest. Participation in the Contest constitutes full agreement with these Official Rules and the Sponsor’s final decisions.

2. Eligibility

The Contest is open to legal residents worldwide who are 13 years of age or older at the time of entry. Employees of Instawraps, its affiliates, subsidiaries, and their immediate family members or household members are not eligible to participate. The Contest is subject to all applicable laws and regulations and is void where prohibited.

3. Contest Period

Entries will be accepted online from 12:00 AM (GMT-05:00 Eastern Time) on the first day of each month until 11:45 PM (GMT-05:00 Eastern Time) on the last day of the month. Late submissions will not be considered. Instawraps’ system serves as the official timekeeping mechanism.

4. How to Enter

Participants must submit an entry via the online form provided on the Instawraps website. Entries must meet all Contest requirements to be eligible. Only one entry per person per day is permitted. Submitting multiple daily entries using different emails, identities, or devices will result in disqualification. Any fraudulent attempts to manipulate the Contest process will also lead to disqualification.

5. Qualifying Submissions

Participants must complete all required fields in the submission form. Each project must be submitted through a separate form. Instawraps will review entries and upload qualifying submissions in a timely manner. By submitting an entry, participants grant Instawraps permission to use their name, image, and submitted content for promotional purposes.

6. Judging & Winner Selection

The Monthly Gallery Contest takes place on the first business day of each month and considers entries from the previous month. The winner will receive $800 worth of Wrapping Points (80,000 points), redeemable as a discount code on the Instawraps website. Entries must meet Instawraps’ quality standards for promotional use to qualify for rewards.

7. Prizes

Total prize value: $800 (80,000 Wrapping Points).

The prize is non-transferable, and no cash alternatives will be provided.

Taxes and any additional costs associated with the prize are the sole responsibility of the winner.

By accepting the prize, winners grant Instawraps permission to use their name, image, and entry for promotional purposes.

8. Winner Notification

Winners will be notified within five (5) days of selection via email, phone, or an announcement on the Instawraps website. Instawraps is not responsible for any missed notifications due to spam filters, incorrect contact information, or other technical issues.

9. Rights Granted

By participating in the Contest, entrants grant Instawraps a worldwide, royalty-free, irrevocable right to use their name, image, and entry content for advertising, promotional, and trade purposes without additional compensation.

10. Contest Integrity

Instawraps reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel the Contest if fraud, unauthorized intervention, or technical issues compromise the fairness or integrity of the competition. Any attempt to manipulate or interfere with the Contest process may result in disqualification and potential legal action.

11. Limitation of Liability

By entering, participants agree to release Instawraps and its affiliates from any liability related to:

Technical issues, including hardware/software failures or service disruptions.

Unauthorized interference or tampering.

Errors in Contest administration or entry processing.

12. Disputes

This Contest is governed by the laws of the United States and Ontario, Canada. Any disputes arising from the Contest will be resolved in a court located in Ontario, Canada, and participants waive the right to pursue class-action lawsuits.
